City Vanguard is a documentary network for the arts and culture communities of Chicago. Our focus is to produce documentaries and video projects that highlight, promote and chronicle the arts and various cultures of the city. The purpose of the website is to provide a portal to segments of the arts world that do not get the exposure they deserve.
